Announcement of 99th TOPIK

※ TOPIK exam result is beneficial for the application of Korean Government Scholarship or various scholarship program and studies in Korea

■ Information on the implementation of TOPIK

ㅇ Application period : 6th January - 24th January. 2025 (08:00 - 16:00)

ㅇ How to apply : Application by e-mail only (secretary-ke01@mofa.go.kr)

    - Group applications and applications by proxy, other than applicants' immediate family members, are not allowed

    - For those who have applied for accommodation for the disabled : Application for accommodation(Contact the Embassy if you need) and 1 copy of a doctor's note

ㅇ Test fee : 1,500 KES

    - It can be paid through Mpesa of the Embassy(Paybill: 880100/ Account No.: 4765330047)

    - Regulations on the refund of the test fee should follow the instructions of the place for application

ㅇ Announcement date of test results : 30th May, 2025

    - The transcript can be printed free of charge from the TOPIK website (www.topik.go.kr)

■ Implementation of the test

ㅇ Test date : 12th April, 2025 (Saturday)

ㅇ Test venue : Korea Corner, ED201, Education Building, University of Nairobi Main Campus

ㅇ Test time(local time)

■ Information on the test

ㅇ Check-in time: All test participants to be seated in the exam room 30 minutes prior to the test. There will be no admission after this time

ㅇ Preparations of applicants: Test identification slip, ID card

    - Valid identification: Passport, ID card, etc. (It must include photo, date of birth, and name, and the expiration date must not have elapsed)

ㅇ Changes concerning the test

    - In case of a change of test venue or cancelation of test, applicants will be informed through the contacts in the application and also through the Embassy SNS handles.

ㅇ Notes for applicants

    - Applicants' information can be corrected by applying to the local implementing agency within 4 weeks from the announcement date of the test results (Errors resulting from the applicant's mistakes cannot be corrected)

    - It is necessary to check disposition procedures for misconduct through notes to test takers (Applicants must take responsibility for any disadvantages caused by not doing so)

    - If the number of applicants per test level (TOPIK I and II) is less than 10, the test may be canceled

    - After the application period, no additional applications are accepted

    - It is not possible for test candidates to take the test at different testing venues other than the ones where they registered
